- Incorporated in Dec 2014. Registered as a charity with the ACNC
- A local, grass-roots organisation, providing a range of services and support for those who are homeless, particularly those who are sleeping rough.
- Also offering a smaller suite of services and support for those who are financially and /or socially disadvantaged.
- Fully staffed by a dedicated team of volunteers
- Financed by in-house fundraising and community support through donations and fundraising without recurring Government funding.
